The Greenhouse Project currently has several ways the community can financially support the work they do and in ways that fit every budget.

The first and most pressing is TGP’s partnering with Barracuda Championship for Birdies for Charity 2022! With all donations needing to be made by end of day Wednesday, July 13, The Greenhouse Project will receive 110 percent of the donations pledged, so it’s easier for you to help create an impact than ever before.

You can make a flat donation or make a pledge for every birdie made during the upcoming tournament. Donations must be made by Make a difference today by donating at https://barracudachampionship.com/birdies/. Simply click on the “Make A Pledge” button and select The Greenhouse Project as the organization you are supporting.

The next is our Sustainability Endowment Campaign, which goes through Sunday, July 31. Thanks to the generosity of a matching donor from Reno, every dollar you give will be doubled. Every dollar makes a difference and will be used to create a continuous funding mechanism that will continue TGP’s work of agricultural education and providing fresh produce to our community’s food insecure through donations to Friends in Service Helping (FISH), Meals on Wheels and others.

The Gratitude Dinner, an evening of Food & Music With Soul & Joyful Giving With a Goa l, takes place 5 p.m., Monday, Sept.19, at Nashville Social Club and features a multi-course wine or beer-paired dinner prepared by Chef Tony Schafer. The evening also includes acoustic music, silent auction with wonderful packages, raffle and Angel donor matching,

You can show your support by purchasing dinner tickets, bidding on auction items to be announced the first of August, or by becoming either one of two remaining course sponsors or Busy Bee sponsor.

Course sponsorships ($1,500) are used to defray cost of the event and includes two dinner tickets and promotion on all print and social media.

Busy Bee sponsorship ($10k), supports TGP’s AmeriCorps Hire program for advanced education and training and includes party of four to sit at the Harvest Table; sommelier service for wine/beer and no host bar; logo inclusion in print promotions, social media, advertising and article recognition.

Our thanks to Farmers Insurance/Brian Andrews for music sponsorship and to the Carson City Visitors Bureau for the wine sponsorship.
