My name is Colleen Bannister and I have been a personal trainer here in Carson City for over 10 years. I will be submitting fitness tips every 2 weeks through the summer months rather than every week since most of us tend to be out and about more.

The fitness routine I have for you today is one that I did a while back, but I like it because it’s another routine that can be done anywhere. All you really need is something sturdy to hold on to such as a kitchen counter. I believe people should do their best to keep up with workouts during the summer, but there are lots of fun active things to do with your family and friends this time of year so get out and live life!
