Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of April 18-24, 2022. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Robinson Street at Mountain Street will be closed, Monday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for sewer and water line replacement.
— Telegraph Street at Division Street will be closed, Tuesday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for sewer and water line replacement.
— Telegraph Street at Minnesota Street will be closed, Wednesday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for sewer and water line replacement.
— Telegraph Street at Phillips Street will be closed, Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for sewer and water line replacement.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Caroline Street between Nevada Street and Mountain Street will have shoulder work and narrowed lanes, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for sewer and water line replacement.
— Carson Street between Hot Springs Road and Winnie Lane will have shoulder work, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Center Drive between Snyder Avenue and Clear Creek Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Combs Canyon at Meadow Wood Road and at Lakeview Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers and have shoulder work, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for storm drain improvements.
— Emerson Drive between College Parkway and I-580 will have narrowed lanes, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Levi Gulch at Lakeview Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers and have shoulder work, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for storm drain improvements.
— Long Street between Roop Street and Rand Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Kings Canyon Road west of Longview will have lane closures and flaggers, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for striping and shoulder work.
— Old Hot Springs Drive between Research Way and I-580 will have narrowed lanes, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— US 50 between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will have shoulder work and sidewalk closures on the south side of the street, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for water line replacement. Please use caution and follow detour signage.
— Wagon Wheel Road at Meadow Wood Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers and have shoulder work, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for storm drain improvements.
