As individuals contemplate where to enroll in college next fall, they should consider the benefits of attending Western Nevada College: affordability, outstanding faculty, smaller class sizes, generous financial assistance and scholarships, proximity to home, multiple campuses, flexible courses, accelerated classes, industry certifications and more.
Students can begin registering for the Fall 2025 semester — as well as summer session — this month. Continuing and returning students can start registering for both fall and summer classes via their myWNC accounts on Monday, April 7. New students can start registering on Monday, April 14.

A list of summer and fall class offerings is available at wnc.edu/class-schedule. To help students with their education pathways and planning, they can refer to the 2025-26 Academic Program Guide at wnc.edu/academic-program-guide.
The first step for new students to attend WNC is to enroll in the college at wnc.edu/admissions. To learn more about the enrollment process, visit wnc.edu/starthere. To make an advising appointment, go to wnc.edu/advising, phone 775-445-3267 (Carson City) or 775-445-3379 (Fallon).
Summer session begins June 9 and ends on Aug. 2. Fall semester starts on Aug. 25.
