Carson City Fire Department responded Wednesday afternoon for a report of a fire inside a laundry room at an apartment complex in the 3300 block of Imperial Way.
The reporting party called 911 at 4:18 p.m. to report smoke was coming from inside the laundry room and there was an alarm going off.
A Carson City Fire Department battalion chief reported the fire was isolated to the laundry room and released other engines that were called to respond.
No injuries were reported.
