The band is well known for exploring blends of pop, progressive rock with roots in soul, and rhythm and blues, having brought their music and shows to stages for years. The band returns to Carson City after a sold-out July 2015 performance at Concert Under the Stars, a benefit for The Greenhouse Project.
The band will perform at Nashville Social Club’s The Swan Music Hall on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8. Show starts at 7:30 pm both nights. Tickets are $55 and $95 for both nights. Go here for tickets.
Nashville Social Club is located at 1105 S Carson St, Carson City.
In 1970, four young musicians from the South Bay of Los Angeles, came together to create a new moving and invigorating style of music. Joseph Puerta, Christopher North, David Pack, and Burleigh Drummond produced a sound that was immediately recognized.
Today, Ambrosia has three of the original members with the addition of guitarist Doug Jackson, contributing keyboardist Mary Harris, and powerful lead vocals of Kipp Lennon.
