Good morning Carson City, it’s just after 11:30 a.m. on this snowy Tuesday morning. I ventured out earlier to take my feral toddler to daycare, so I was able to snap some photos and video taken throughout the community during the storm.

For the most part, roads are OK if you have an adequate vehicle (good tires, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive) and it’s a plus if you have snow tires or chains, especially for the areas near the western foothills or the eastern hills.

Without further ado, here are the photos and videos so you can judge for yourself if it’s worth it to leave the house today. My recommendation is: only if you must, but one man’s coffee run is another man’s must, so you be the judge.
