Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Feb. 17-23, 2025. Closures and lane restriction s are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
Gentry Lane between Snyder Avenue and Bennett Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The intersection of Gentry Lane and Hudson Drive will be closed from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
10th Street between Minnesota Street and Curry Street will be reduced to a single lane from February 4, 2025, to March 4, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Ash Canyon Road between Orchard Road and Wellington Street will be reduced to a single lane from Feb. 19, 2025, to Feb. 28, 2025, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Curry Street between Lake Glen Drive and 10th Street will be reduced to a single lane from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Fairview Drive between Butti Way and Highway 50 will have reduced southbound lanes from Feb. 3, 2025, to Feb. 21, 2025, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lompa Lane will have traffic shifts between College Parkway and Bryan Circle Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The intersection of Old Hot Springs Road and Wedco Way will have shifting lanes Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Snyder Avenue between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will have narrow lanes from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Winnie Lane between Alfred Way and Ash Canyon Road will be reduced to a single lane from Feb. 19, 2025, to Feb. 28, 2025, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
