The cadets of Capital City Regional Fire Academy Class (CCRFA) 24-2 have successfully passed both academy and state written and physical exams.
This week marks the culmination of their training as they put everything they’ve learned into action with full company live-fire evolutions.
North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District is responsible for providing both emergency and non-emergency responses to the citizens of Incline Village/Crystal Bay area.
Located in Carson City, the Capital City Regional Fire Academy is the largest training program in Northern Nevada. The recruits train for 12 weeks to become certified employees at a fire agency.
Fire agencies from across the region come to the academy for their fire training, and now, NLTFPD welcomes their newest four cadets after completing their academy exams.
