Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Jan. 27 to Feb. 2, 2025. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
- 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
- Division Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will be closed to thru traffic on Monday – Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Gentry Lane between Snyder Avenue and Bennett Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- The intersection of Gentry Lane and Hudson Drive will be closed form Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Minnesota Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will be closed to thru traffic on Monday – Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Nevada Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will be closed to thru traffic on Monday – Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
- Fairview Drive between Carson Street and Kansas Street will have reduced eastbound lanes from December 9, 2024, to January 30, 2025, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Lompa Lane will have traffic shifts between College Parkway and Bryan Circle Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Mountain Street between Jeanell Drive and Washington Street will have lane shifts on Monday – Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- The intersection of Nye Lane and Mountain Street will have lane shifts on Monday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- The intersection of Roop Street and Hot Springs Road will have reduced lanes on Wednesday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Washington Street between Nevada Street and Valley Street will have lane shifts on Monday – Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
