Here is the Carson City road report for the week of Jan. 20-26, 2025. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
- 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
- Gentry Lane between Snyder Avenue and Bennett Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- The intersection of Gentry Lane and Hudson Drive will be closed form Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Valley Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will be closed to thru traffic Thursday – Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
- Fairview Drive between Carson Street and Kansas Street will have reduced eastbound lanes from December 9, 2024, to January 30, 2025, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Hot Springs Road between Pine Lane and Sage Street will have lane shifts from Tuesday – Wednesday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Lompa Lane will have traffic shifts between College Parkway and Bryan Circle Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Roop Street between Winnie Lane and Beverly Drive will have reduced lanes from Wednesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Roop Street between Washington Street and Corbett Street will have reduced lanes northbound from Thursday – Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Winnie Lane between Roop Street and Carson Street will have reduced lanes from Wednesday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
