This article/petition is set in motion to Stop all Discriminatory policies in the State of Nevada being imposed on Government/State Employees based on COVID “vaccination status.”
The Nevada Governors Office is planning to implement weekly Covid testing this month along with a $55 surcharge for all State employees starting in July who don’t meet the definition of “fully vaccinated.”
This new policy comes on the heels of the prior policy which indicated when 70% of a working office is “fully vaccinated”, as most State offices are now, that testing the unvaccinated on a weekly basis would no longer be required.
Now the Governors office has broken their word by moving the goal post of medical tyranny even further, which leaves the Nevada Governors office with diminished credibility and/or respect for everyone’s right to medical freedom and liberty.
Furthermore, to require testing of employees who work from home 100% of the time is a gross misappropriation of State funds and abuse of power as these employees pose zero risk to others in the performance of their State service.
It is now well known and established, that those who meet the definition of “fully vaccinated” still contract and spread COVID and its variants to others. Therefore, to have any State policy that discriminates between the “fully vaccinated” and the “unvaccinated” is inherently flawed and therefore needs to be stopped immediately and indefinitely for the safety and equality of all.
If this discriminatory violation of our human rights is not stopped now, it leaves the Governors Office and all who enforce said policies, open to be found potentially guilty of committing crimes against humanity under the first Nuremberg Code cited here:
“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.”

Under the human rights outlined in the Nuremberg code cited above, we seek relief from the following provisions including mandatory COVID testing and surcharges based on vaccination status as these mandates violate the test subjects in this case (unvaccinated employees) “Ability to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.” as the policy uses coercion by way of offering those who achieve “fully vaccinated’ status as a way to escape the mandated COVID testing and monthly surcharges.
The Governors memorandum also violates patient/medical confidentiality under HIPPA law by singling out a group of employees based on “vaccination status” to undergo mandatory COVID testing or be served with disciplinary action.
We the people are created equal and thereby demand to be treated equally by nullifying any and all mandates, policies, and provisions that require discernment between the “vaccinated” and the “unvaccinated” Namely, mandated COVID testing and surcharges.
Thank you.
Concerned citizens for equal rights for all people and medical liberty.
