2019 Carson City’s Empty Bowls event was a success! This event would have never been possible without our local restaurants’ donations of several gallons of soup. This year was our first year awarding the best, most popular soup served. It was a very difficult decision to make as all of the soups were phenomenal, but here are our top three winners!

Born in San Diego and raised in the Bay Area of California, this comedian has been exploding on the comedy scene for the last 14 years. With a Polynesian background, he has adapted to all styles and types of comedy.

In this edition of It's Your City, host Cortney Bloomer welcomes Darla Bayer, the person responsible for filming this broadcast, to talk about the upcoming "Tell Me You Love Me" Short Romance Film Competition, now in its third year.
