Thomas Callister and Madalyn Lind Smith represented CHS at nationals as members of the Tahoe Basin race team. As a team, both boys and girls took first place at the Western USA Championships at Mammoth on March 14-15.

They cemented their basketball legacy when they beat Alder Creek from Truckee in the championship game of the Tah-Neva District Basketball Tournament in South Lake Tahoe Saturday night.
