September 27, 2021 - 12:00pm Sondra Cosgrove, PhD, Executive Director and Chair of the Board for Vote Nevada and Professor of History at the College of Southern Nevada, will be the featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon. She will provide an overview of the process by which Nevada's electoral districts will be redrawn in line with the data produced by the 2020 census, and the ways in which the proposed districts will be rated for how well they conform to standards of fairness.
