A Carson City Tradition: 25th CHS Holiday Craft Fair celebrated this Friday and Saturday
This Friday and Saturday is a milestone in Carson City as Carson High School will celebrate its 25th annual Holiday Craft Fair.
Heading into the quarter of a century tradition, the CHS Holiday Craft Fair generates money which goes to clubs, sports and scholarships.
This year the fair will feature around 150 booths with over 125 vendors; Santa will be there, of course, along with great food from CHS Culinary Arts, gift wrapping from Band Boosters, WebDesign graphic gifts, AAUW pecans, and SafeGrad sticker sales, said show coordinator Cathy Barbie.
Carson High Safe Grad helps with organizing the adult volunteers and is one of the fundraisers that Safe Grad uses to raise the $30k for the Senior Class graduation celebration each year.
The Carson High Holiday Craft Fair will be held at the Carson High School, 1111 North Saliman Road in Carson City this Friday, Nov. 22, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission on Friday is $2 and Saturday is $1.50 or $1 with a canned food item. All canned food items will be donated to Advocates to End Domestic Violence.
Come out and enjoy some family time and get your Christmas shopping started with 150+ vendors, pictures with Santa and much more.
