Carson City Sheriff's Office asks for public's help locating 15-year-old runaway

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance with locating 15-year-old Morgan Saindon. Morgan left her home on September 3, 2021 and has not been seen by her parents since. Jordan does not have any medical problems and is not considered at risk.

Morgan Saindon is 5'2" and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what Morgan was wearing the day she left her residence; however, she is probably wearing black lace up Vans shoes and carrying a black pack. No further information is available regarding places she frequents.

Carson City Fire Department was called Monday morning to the 2000 block of Kansas Street, across from Industrial Park Drive, for a structure fire.

Carson City Fire Department was called Monday morning to the area of Little and Roop for a gas leak from a broken line.

Fire crews from around the region responded to lightning sparked fires early Monday morning to the south, north and east of Carson City. Thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday possibly into Wednesday for northeastern California and western Nevada.

It won’t be lions, and tigers, and bears taking over Fuji Park; the Carson City Fair is more about bunnies, alpacas, pigs and chickens. It begins today with a 4-H dog show focusing on obedience and rally.
