Quad-County COVID-19 Friday Update: 15 New Cases and 15 Recoveries
Carson City Health and Human Services (CCHHS) is reporting 15 new cases and 15 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region. This brings the total number of cases to 12,206, with 11,576 recoveries and 222 deaths; 408 cases remain active.
Quad-County COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments
COVID-19 vaccination appointments for CCHHS are now available through May 4, 2021. CCHHS opened over 5,000 appointments for Moderna COVID-19 vaccination. At this time, Moderna is authorized for use in those ages 18 and older. When booking your appointment, the date of your second dose will be provided.
Please be sure you are available the date of your second dose appointment. If you will not be able to make it to your second dose appointment, please delay your first dose to a time where you will be available both dates.
