Carson City School Board to host special meeting in ongoing search for new superintendent
The Carson City School Board will host a special meeting Wednesday, Feb. 2 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in regards to the ongoing search for a new superintendent.
The meeting will take place inside the Robert ‘Bob’ Crowell Board Room inside the Carson City Community Center located at 851 E. William Street.
A discussion and possible action will be held in selecting the Carson City School District Board of Trustees’ top 1 or 2 candidates to be interviewed.
Interviews will be held on Feb. 22 and Feb. 23 if needed, in order to fill the superintendent vacancy following Superintendent Richard Stokes’ decision to resign.
