Hawkins Sand Harbor State Park in Incline Village\, NV and starts at 7:30 pm. The second performance is July 29\, 2026 at the Robert Z. DESCRIPTION:The Reno Jazz Orchestra will present “A Jazz/Rock Odyssey’ in Lake Tahoe and Reno this summer\, July 28 and 29\, 2026. Sinatra crooner\, rock vocalist and America’s Got Talent finalist\, Matt Mauser\, will join the 17-piece Orchestra for a trek through time from brassy swing and swagger to retro horn-driven grooves and a powerful tribute to classic rock.  \n\n\n\nThe first performance is on July 28\, 2026 at the Robert Z. Hawkins Sand Harbor State Park in Incline Village\, NV and starts at 7:30 pm. The second performance is July 29\, 2026 at the Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheater at Bartley Ranch Regional Park in Reno\, NV. He infuses some of the most beloved songs from an iconic era with modern flair\, while offering insight into the rich musical history behind each timeless tune.  \n\n\n\n“There are very few entertainers who can traverse the vocal versatility terrain in the manner Matt can\,” said Johnson. “Without missing a beat\, he can casually croon Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon\,” then roll into a toe-tapping rendition of Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues.
