Thankfully\, this historically significant 28-acre site has been donated to our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization\, the Friends of Sutro Tunnel Charity. \n\n\n\nRestoration of the Sutro Tunnel & the site’s 11 historic buildings is made possible through the sale of tours tickets and generous donations by visitors like you.
