Youth Theatre Carson City is thrilled to announce our upcoming production of Disney’s Frozen, Jr., playing eight performances weekends January 16-25, 2026 in the Bob Boldrick Theatre at the Carson City Community Center.
Disney’s Frozen, Jr., based on the enchanting animated feature and subsequent Broadway musical, brings Elsa, Anna and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage. A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen Jr. features all of the memorable songs from the film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production. When faced with danger Princesses Anna and Elsa discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.
Disney’s Frozen, Jr. features the talents of nearly 100 local youth grades K-12, both onstage and off. Leading a large ensemble of colorful Disney characters are Paige Cardoza and Michelle Cho as Princess Anna; Jacqueline Parkhurst and Maika Adkins as Queen Elsa; Jude Larsen and Nygel Toreson as the loveable Kristoff; Logan Thorley and Zachary Etter as his reindeer sidekick, Sven; Landon Giron as the charming Prince Hans; and Pema Farnsworth-Hare and Jasper Chang as everyone’s favorite snowman, Olaf.

Performances of Disney’s Frozen, Jr. will run Fridays and Saturdays January 16, 17, 23, 24 at 7pmand Saturdays and Sundays January 17, 18, 24, 25 at 2pm in the Bob Boldrick Theatre at the Carson City Community Center located at 851 E.
