Tight hips and a sore lower back are common issues in today’s world — but they don’t have to be your norm. In this two-hour yoga workshop, you’ll explore targeted movement, breathwork, and gentle release techniques designed to create space, stability, and ease in your hips and lower back.

Through a thoughtful blend of deep stretches, strengthening poses, and mindful alignment, you’ll learn how the hips and lumbar spine are interconnected — and how unlocking tension in one area can bring relief to the other. Students will leave with a personalized plan for maintaining healthy hips and low back from home.
