Winter Solstice Celebration

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with us at Grassroots Yoga Center! This special event honors the elements and invites reflection through rituals of release and renewal. Connect with our community as we embrace this transformative time of year and map a path toward new beginnings.
The event will be a time to nod to the earth’s elements of water and air, fire, earth and space; a ritual of letting go, giving up and giving in; and a physical mapping for our individual next times.
To Bring:
A poster board, large, sturdy paper (paper bags work great), for your mapping.
Dress comfortably.
