The Sovereign Heart Sound Bath

Join us, Fridays at 6pm or Saturdays at noon, for a deeply restorative group sound bath experience guided by over a decade of professional sound and energy work practice. This offering is designed to gently unwind the nervous system, recalibrate the body’s natural rhythms, and restore inner coherence.
Each session follows a thoughtfully held arc:
Body Activation – gentle guidance to awaken breath, sensation, and presence
Sound Bath Journey – immersive crystal singing bowls paired with ambient soundscapes that invite the brain into meditative, receptive states
Heart–Mind Coherence – a closing integration to align awareness, emotion, and intention, leaving you grounded and centered
This is a shared ceremonial space—quiet, intentional, and welcoming—where the body remembers how to rest and the heart remembers how to lead.
