Spring Cleaning Yoga Workshop | Sign Up Now! Class Starts March 21st
March 21 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

This workshop will offer a head-to-toe release and refresh yoga flow–spring cleaning for the body and mind! As we move through our practice, students will have a chance to observe their bodies, take notes on body wisdom and receive guidance in planning a short 15 minute-daily practice to work on areas that need support. We will also save time for a meditation and journaling to plant new intentions for a new season. Let’s grow together!
This workshop will be led by Brigette Pugh, certified yoga instructor with more than 20 years experience teaching yoga and one of the owners of Grassroots Yoga & Fitness Center. Brigette is also a writer and writing teacher, and she often combines the practice of yoga and meditation with journaling to draw internal wisdom into the the tangible world.
