Powerful Tools For Caregivers (Dayton)

Lyon County Human Services- Senior Services Division uses “Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC)”
curriculum to provide support to caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. This program is offered through classes and support groups to help build your network and skills. PTC helps caregivers take
better care of themselves while caring for a loved one.
