This state-approved course meets Nevada’s legal training requirement for your CCW permit — with a strong emphasis on safety, responsible carry, and real-world readiness.
Hours required:
8 hours for new CCW permits.
4 hours for CCW permit renewals
Nevada CCW-qualifying course
Certified instruction
Classroom + live-fire training
Education on use-of-force, and safe carry practices
Certificate issued upon successful completion.
You Will Learn:
• Nevada firearm & self-defense laws
• Safe firearm handling & carry fundamentals
• Holster & concealed carry considerations
• Loading, unloading & clearing procedures
• Mindset, situational awareness & responsible carry
• Live-fire qualification on the range

Who This Course Is For:
New and experienced gun owners who want to legally carry in Nevada and build confidence through education, hands-on training, and expert guidance.
Required:
Valid ID • Closed-toe shoes • Range-appropriate attire
Who can attend:
Anyone 18 years or older. (must be 21 to obtain a CCW, or 18 if military) who is NOT a “prohibited person” as defined under federal and/or Nevada state laws.
