A gentle, heart-centered movement class created especially for moms and their little ones (ages 5 and under). This offering is designed to be more than just a class—it’s a space for connection, breath, movement, and community in the beautiful, ever-changing rhythm of motherhood.
Expect simple yoga-inspired movement, playful moments with your child, grounding breathwork, and space to connect with other moms who are walking a similar path. Little ones stay close, moms stay present, and together we create a supportive circle where both parent and child can move, bond, and feel held.
Fridays @ 11:00-11:45 – $15/class (for both mom and little one)
