OKTOBERFEST ON THE COMSTOCK
in beautiful Silver City, Nevada on
Sunday, September 27, 2026,
from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.
The Comstock Democratic Club’s annual fall fundraiser will be held at the historic Silver City Schoolhouse Community Center and Park located at 385 High Street, with activities in both in the park and in the beautiful school house.
In the spirit of an authentic Oktoberfest enjoy barbecued bratwurst on a sesame seed bun with condiments including spicy mustard and sauerkraut, accompanied by a sliced dill pickle, coleslaw, German potato salad, applesauce, and apple pie for dessert. Included with your meal is your choice of water or a soft drink,
ALL FOR $15.00 PER PERSON.
A NO HOST bar will offer a selection of cold beers and wine for those 21 and older. Assorted additional soft drinks and water may also be purchased. Democratic candidate for Congressional District 2, Teresa Benitez-Thompson, our keynote speaker, will open up our slate of speakers at 1:00 PM, and
Singer-songwriter / Acoustic Soft Rock Cover Artist Keith J. Milligan will provide musical entertainment.
In addition, a silent auction CHOCK FULL of amazing gift baskets and baked goods will be provided for your perusal and bidding pleasure!
