How can cleaning be part of our yoga practice?
So glad you asked! The 5 yoga niyamas establish the ethical standards for how we live our lives. One of them is Saucha which translates as purity or cleanliness.
Once a month, we hold a Karma Clean party; a chance to hang out with good humans and set a few things right in an imperfect world–AND you earn studio credit while you’re at it.
This month, we’ll meet at 12:30 on Sunday 8/2.
