HSDV Free Lecture: “Apocryphal Stories of the Comstock” Speaker: Joe Curtis

In celebration of “April Fools’ MONTH” Joe Curtis and HSDV are presenting a fun evening of validating or debunking tales of the upper and lower Comstock. Joe will bring a few examples from the Virginia City area but you are also invited to bring your own stories to share. Whether they be from Virginia City, Dayton, Mound House, Silver City, Gold Hill, American Flat, or the surrounding areas, are they true or are they not? We’ll work together to figure that out!
