Group Grief Therapy | Wiley’s Wellness Sanctuary
November 20 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

At Wiley’s Wellness Sanctuary, grief counseling is offered as a compassionate, deeply personalized space for those navigating the profound shifts that loss brings. Grief changes us—it asks us to reorient our identity, our purpose, and our relationship with the world around us. These sessions gently guide clients through that landscape with presence, understanding, and practical tools that support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and meaning reconstruction after loss.
The Sanctuary itself was born from grief, and this work is approached with both professional training and lived understanding. Through heart-centered conversation, guided reflection, somatic practices, and supportive energetic modalities when appropriate, clients are given space to express the raw truth of their experience while slowly reconnecting with their own inner strength and direction. Grief is not something to “fix,” but something to move through with care, compassion, and support.
The intention of these sessions is not to erase the love that remains, but to help individuals carry it forward—rebuilding a life that still holds meaning, connection, and light.
