Friendship Day
August 24 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
This is a fundraiser event that will go towards supporting Kids & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center. Bring your favorite ride, hang out with old friends and make new ones! This is just a day to relax, learn about Kids & Horses, and talk shop with fellow enthusiasts.
Hot dogs, chips, and soda will be served from 10:30-1:30 (or until we run out). There will be music, a 50/50 raffle, some raffle baskets, and a lot of great folks! Join us on August 24th from 10am-2pm. $25 to register your vehicle (includes 1 meal ticket) and $10 for public parking. Additional meal tickets available for $5. All proceeds go to supporting Kids & Horses programs.
Friendship Day was started over a number of years ago and was spear headed by the AACA – Carson Tahoe Region, Northern NV Inliners and Douglas Dukes. Al and Vicki Jewell are working with Kids & Horses again this year, but the AACA will once again be in charge of the event.
Al is the AACA President of the AACA Chapter and Vicki is the Activities Chair. Al and Vicki are also part of the Northern NV Inliners Chapter of Inliners International. Al is the President of Inliners International, plus Al and Vicki are involved in the Nevada Car Coalition where Al is the Vice President and Vicki is the Secretary.
