Family Friendly Friday Yoga with Hollow Mountain at the BAC

Our Family-Friendly Friday yoga workshops are a time for you to relax, unwind and connect with your body — even while your littlest yogi may or may not be trying to climb on top of you during child’s pose!
Every Friday in May head down to the BAC for a yoga class where kids aren’t just allowed, they’re enthusiastically encouraged.
Is your kiddo not quite ready for downward dog? That’s okay! They can choose to try a pose, do a puzzle or just cruise around to their heart’s content within our secure workshop space.
Each workshop is $40 per family which includes up to two adults and two children — additional family members are $10.
