Community Drum Circle for All Ages | Grassroots Yoga Center

Join us for a transformative experience, where rhythm and voice come together in a supportive, welcoming space. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this event offers the chance to explore music at your own pace. Children can enjoy fun, rhythmic activities that help build focus, coordination, and teamwork, while adults join in to drum alongside them, creating a shared sense of inspiration and connection. This circle offers more than just music; it’s a chance for self-expression, stress relief, and emotional release, while strengthening community bonds. No prior experience is needed—everyone is encouraged to participate in their own way, whether through drumming, dancing, listening, or simply being present. Drums are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Come experience the joy of shared sound and wellness!
