Carson Valley Trails Association Invites Community to 2026 Annual Meeting and Social at New Minden Location

The Carson Valley Trails Association (CVTA) is pleased to announce its 2026 Annual Meeting and Social Event, taking place on Thursday, May 14, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. This year, the event moves to a brand-new venue: the Minden Mercantile, located at 1600 Esmeralda Ave. in the heart of downtown Minden.
The annual gathering serves as a celebration of the region’s public trails and an opportunity for the community to connect with the volunteers who maintain them. Attendees will receive the latest updates on local trail systems and a preview of upcoming events planned for the year.
“This event is one of the many ways we give back to the community that generously supports our efforts,” said CVTA.
Event Highlights Include:
• Catering: A taco bar provided by Lady Griller Catering.
• Refreshments: A no-host beer and wine bar hosted by CV Flyte.
• Raffle: Opportunities to win various raffle prizes throughout the evening.
• Membership: Stations will be available for existing members to renew and for new members to join, featuring special registration incentives.
The 2026 Annual Meeting is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to bring friends and family to learn more about the outdoors in Carson Valley.
