Tahoe Health Hosts Behavioral Health Services Hiring Event to Address Nevada’s Growing Mental Health Needs
With Nevada ranking 51st in access to youth behavioral health services, Carson Tahoe Health invites qualified candidates to join the effort to close the care gap.
Carson Tahoe Health (CTH) will host an on-site hiring event for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 775 Fleischmann Way in Carson City. The event will feature on-the-spot interviews for multiple positions in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, crisis stabilization, nursing, and therapy.
Nevada ranks 51st in the nation for access to youth behavioral health services, underscoring an urgent need for more professionals dedicated to supporting children, families, and adults in crisis. Carson Tahoe Health is working to meet this challenge head-on by expanding its behavioral health team and inviting compassionate, skilled individuals to join in making a lifesaving difference.
“Our Behavioral Health Services team plays a critical role in supporting the well-being of our community,” said Michelle Miller, VP and Chief HR Officer at Carson Tahoe Health. “We’re looking for people who want to make a real impact—helping individuals find stability, hope, and healing here in their home community.”
Positions available include Mental Health Technicians, Safety Specialists, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Therapists. Candidates can pre-submit their applications online by scanning the QR code on the event flyer.
