Call for Musicians & Singers! Carson City Symphony and Carson Chamber Singers Begin Rehearsals

Attention instrumental musicians and singers! The Carson City Symphony, directed by David Bugli, and the Carson Chamber Singers, directed by Jordan Gotchy, are beginning rehearsals the first week in November for the 42nd annual Holiday Treat Concert. The concert will be on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Carson City Community Center.
Carson City Symphony rehearsals will be on Wednesdays, beginning November 5, from 6:20 to 8:30 p.m., at the Carson High School band/orchestra room, 1111 N. Saliman Road in Carson City. The Symphony is open to string players at any time without audition, and to other instrumentalists when positions are available. Current openings are for strings, oboe, clarinet, and bassoon. Carson Chamber Singers rehearsals are on Tuesdays, beginning November 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the LDS Church, 411 N. Saliman Road in Carson City. The ensemble is open to singers high-school age and above. To join, contact the director at ccsingersnv@gmail.com.
