There is a proposed Carson City Downtown project which is a concrete metropolis found in Cities of over 200K population, not a rural small town which was the residents’ feedback in the Master Plan surveys.

Three knowledgeable panelists will discuss their thoughts on the vision for downtown Carson City and answer questions about the proposed Downtown Town Square project.
1. Tom Metcalf of Metcalf Builders, representing Steve Neighbors, Trustee of Hop and Mae Adams Foundation who proposed the Carson City Downtown Town Square project
2. Doreen Mack – Downtown Project 2020 and 3rd generation Carson City resident
3. Kathleen Beasley – long-term resident of Big Cities and current resident of Carson City.
