On the receding shoreline of Washoe Lake, Alexandra Voss snapped photos of dead fish and sent it to News 4. She says there are hundreds of eyeless fish, and notes that there is no real odor, no flies, birds, or any other predator anywhere in sight.
As mysterious as the Carp look, Chris Healy, spokesman for The Nevada Department of Wildlife, says he isn’t surprised.
