Very cold high pressure building south from interior Washington and Oregon will settle into Nevada by Monday morning. The cold high pressure and widespread snow cover will combine to bring very cold low temperatures to northeast California and western Nevada for the next few nights. In addition, highs will remain 20 to 25 degrees below average (mainly below freezing) for most locations into early next week.
