On February 24, 2022, I grumbled because I had to pay $3.659/per gallon to fill my fuel tank in my pickup, then on March 2nd, I was even more disgusted at having to pay $3.749/per gallon to top fill up again. Now today, March 4th, – just 2 days later – I am angry that the price of fuel has jumped more to more than $4.799 for fuel.

These prices are in Dayton, NV. In Carson City they are about the same, while in Reno they are typically $0.20 to $0.35 higher per gallon yet. One year ago March 6th, 2021 I paid $2.699 per gallon. And in January 2021 fuel was even lower at $2.349/gal, while in October and November 2020, before the National Election, fuel was as low as $1.999/gal.

Ever since Biden’s first day in office, when he made his first Presidential act as the President of the United States, to cancel the Keystone Pipeline project and flat out cancel other oil drilling permits across the country, fuel has been steadily increasing at the delight of the Democrats in power.

Before Biden and the Demcrates gained power on both Houses of Congress and the White House, America was producing enough oil and natural gas that she was actually was exporting the stuff Europe. Since Biden and the Democrats gained that power, America is sadly dependent on foreign oil again. Even worse, Biden’s adminstration is still refusing to stop buying Russian oil.

Biden and all the Democrats have placed America and her good citizens at great risk by this stupid policy. Add insult to injury, Biden’s refusal to stop buying Russian oil is only helping finance Putin’s illegal war against Ukraine. The ultra high price for crude oil is causing our auto’s fuel and home’s energy cost to skyrocket, and is driving our economy down the toilet! Oil is the life blood of our economy. America needs cheaper and reliable oil and natural gas to help move simple, but necessary, life’s esentials to market for America’s people to live. Esentials, such as, groceries, medicines, water (since so many rely on bottled water), clothing, and heat for the majority of our homes.

Nevada’s Senators Catherine Cortez-Masto and Jacky Rosen appear to be turning a blind eye and deaf ear to Nevada’s hard working citizens and their struggle to fight the run-away inflation their party’s domestic policies are causing. I say this because I haven’t heard either of them publicly speak out against these high fuel prices and the effects they are having on the rest of the economy.

The time is now to stop attacking America’s ability to produce her own reliable energy. It was proven that if America is allowed to utilize her own natural resorces, everyone around the world benefits!

Nevada’s Senators, Catherine Cortez-Masto and Jacky Rosen, please stop hurting Nevada’s and America’s citizens and hard working families. Tell the Biden Administration to re-open the Keystone Pipeline and allow American companies to produce more American oil and energy. By doing so, it won’t take long for the results to start paying huge benefits and dividends to everyone. Cheaper fuel and engery costs help everyone – especially the young and the poor.
