Carson City Mayor Bob Crowell and supervisor Lori Bagwell help the owners of Yogurt Beach on North Carson Street cut the ribbon Wednesday night. Also in attendance where supervisors Jim Shirk and Karen Abowd, and several members of the Carson City Chamber of Commerce.
