On March 19th, 2026, the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Special Enforcement Team (SET) and the SWAT team executed a search warrant at the 1500 block of Trolley Way, leading to multiple arrests for drug trafficking and illegal firearm manufacturing.

During the operation, SET detectives employed electronic and physical surveillance to track brothers Ian Brower (35) and Che Brower (34), both of whom are felons associated with the location. Ian was seen arriving at and departing from the residence with items of interest.

During a traffic stop, Ian was taken into custody on charges including Possessing Methamphetamine and Fentanyl with the intent to sell, Firearm manufacturing, owning or possessing a firearm by a prohibited person, and resisting arrest.

A search warrant executed at the residence resulted in additional arrests, including 19-year-old Brendan Hubbs-Whitney for Manufacturing firearms, Possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, possession of a stolen firearm, and a short-barreled rifle with no serial number, “ghost gun.”

Che Brower was also arrested for Manufacturing firearms, Possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, Possession of a stolen firearm, Possession of a short-barreled rifle with no serial number, a “ghost gun,” Owning or possessing a firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.

Travis Kennett initially gave a false name before later revealing his true identity, and he was wanted by Parole and Probation.

Travis was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Detectives seized firearm parts, including handgun slides and a ghost gun jig used to make operational unserialized firearms.
