Women’s Hum ‘n Drum Circle

Join us for an uplifting experience of connection, self-expression, and joy! Through HealthRhythms drumming and vocal sound healing, you’ll tap into proven wellness benefits—reducing stress, boosting mood, and strengthening immune system. Feel the power of shared sound, as we explore enduring cultural rhythms in a welcoming space.
No prior musical experience, skill, or talent needed–whether you’re new to drumming or an experienced player, all women are welcome. Instruments are provided, or feel free to bring your own.
