There are two events this weekend that will impact streets in Carson City, the annual downtown Santa Claus parade beginning Saturday morning at Telegraph Square and the Living Nativity Scene, which takes place Saturday and Sunday evening.

The Santa Parade on is Saturday, Dec. 10 between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Go here for information on the parade.

The following streets will have closures from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.:
· Curry Street between Musser and Telegraph Streets

· Proctor Street between Carson and Curry Streets

· Telegraph Street between Carson and Nevada Streets

Meanwhile, the Living Nativity Scene is Saturday and Sunday. Go here for information.

The following streets will have closures from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.:
· Division, Minnesota, and Philips Streets between Telegraph and King Streets

· King, Musser, and Proctor Streets between Nevada and Philips Streets
