A vehicle crash this afternoon in the northbound lane of South Carson Street has caused traffic delays backing up to Old Clear Creek Road. The crash, which involved at least two vehicles, was reported to Nevada Highway Patrol shortly after 2:40 p.m.
Traffic was being diverted and the vehicles were being cleared from the roadway as of 3:50 p.m., said Carson City Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Scott McDaniel. No injuries were reported.
A second vehicle crash happened two blocks up on Clearview and South Carson Street. No injuries were reported in that crash and the drivers of the vehicles moved them out of the way.
