Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes

Lyon County Human Services is pleased to offer free Caregiver Support Services through the Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) program for individuals who are caring for an adult relative, partner, friend, or parent.
PTC is an evidence-based program is designed to help caregivers build the skills and confidence needed to care for themselves while supporting others. Participants will learn practical tools for reducing stress, improving communication, making difficult decisions, and maintaining their own health and well-being.
