Slow Active Monday Morning Yoga

Molly Dahl offers a new 6-week yoga class, Mondays starting 1/26 – 3/9 (no class Feb 16), from 9:30 am – 11:00 at Ascent Physical Therapy in south Carson City.
This class will focus on:
*Building strength through a slow, steady flow of postures
*Alignment, internal awareness, and the subtle sensations within the body
Longer time in each posture allows for deeper stretching, improved flexibility, and increased muscle endurance, while also building strength through controlled, sustained engagement. This practice is accessible to all levels, including beginners, those recovering from injury, older adults, and individuals seeking a low-impact yet effective workout. Best suited to those who can get up and down from the floor with relative ease.
